ii> The powers and duties of its officers and employees; The power of the Municipality is vested in the hand of B.O.C. and as per decision and policy approved by B.O.C., the work of municipal services are executed by four nodal officer namely E.O., F.O., EE / PHE ( E & M ), and EE / PWD. For work, like various project under KUSP, CDS, SJSRY, EE / KUSP acts as a nodal officer. The various categories of employees report to the nodal officer for effective implementation of services.
