i> Assessment of New Building: Normally within two months from the date of submission of application forms, provided documents are submitted properly.
ii> Mutation and Revaluation of:
a) Holdings: Mutation will be effected within seven days provided necessary order from U.D. is received.
b) Revaluation: Within 30 days normally.
